Tatami provides a comprehensive fitness studio management platform designed for martial arts and fitness studios. Our service includes scheduling, client management, analytics, and other tools to help fitness professionals manage their businesses effectively.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Tatami operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We offer a free trial period for new users. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. After 14 days, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
